Ingredients
Brokern Wheet Rava(sooji) 1 cup
onion 1
green chili 2
ginger small piece
salt 1 tsp
mustard 1 /4 tsp
oil 3 tsp
curry leaves few
coriander leaves
water 2 cup
Preparation:
Chop onion and green chili
Put 1/2 table spoon oil in a frying pan.
Put 1/2 table spoon oil and put mustard,when split then
put onion and curry leaves, green chili,ginger
and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Put coriander leaves and salt and water.
When water started boiling then pour wheat rava in it and stir throughly.
If needed close the lid and stir.
Keep stirring until it become thick and dry.
keep the medium flame.
Decorate with coriander leaves.
Serve with any chutney & sambar.
