Ragi Laddu




Ingredients

Ragi Flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk (Warm) - 2 tbsn
cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
cashews - 4


Preparation

Heat the ghee in a Pan and slowly add the Ragi flour to the pan.
Roast the flour for 10 minutes low heat.

add milk quickly stir.This helps mositure to make laddu.

Turn of the heat.

Once cool the mixture. Add sugar and cardamon powder.

just add 2 tbspn ghee and make laddus.
